We were looking in the Roaring Fork area while still living on the East Coast. We called on a listing Josh had. His responsiveness was wonderful. He was traveling when we sent our email inquiry, but he returned our calls between flights and sent us follow-up emails to answer our further questions. With the time and attention, he gave us and his professional, yet easy-going personality we couldn't see him working with anyone else! While we put his listing on the shortlist as a future potential investment, he found us many more options for our home. We flew in for a quick visit and he had all the showings lined up for us. After sorting through our options, we switched our thinking about location at the last minute, and while we were going to fly out at 1p that day, with nearly no notice Josh got us into a few other listings before our flight and we now live in one of them. We had to go through the Home Inspection, Appraisal, negotiations, etc. from thousands of miles away, but we felt like we were in very good hands with Josh assisting and attending the appointments for us since we couldn't be there. We still keep in touch with Josh, and our daughter has become very close with his dogs.
